What salons usually ask
How does the free trial work?
You create your account, choose your plan and use Kapi with all its features for 30 days, without paying. We don’t ask for a card to start. Before the trial ends we email you so you can choose how to pay.
How do I pay for my plan?
From your salon’s dashboard on the web, with card, Nequi, PSE and other methods. Prices are in Colombian pesos.
Can I change plans or add stylists?
Yes, anytime. If you upgrade or add stylists or locations, the change applies right away and you pay the difference for the days left in the period. If you downgrade, the change applies from the next period.
What happens if I don’t pay when the trial ends?
Your salon becomes read-only for 5 days: you can see your schedule, your clients and their formulas, and export your data. If you pay, everything stays just as it was. If not, the salon is suspended and its data is deleted 60 days later.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from your salon’s dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and then you have 5 days to export your data.
Who can see my salon’s data?
Only your team, and each person sees what their role allows. Every salon has its own space in Kapi: no one from another salon can see your clients, your formulas or your sales.
