You create your account, choose your plan and use Kapi with all its features for your first month, without paying. We don’t ask for a card to start. Before the trial ends we email you so you can choose how to pay.

Yes. From the panel you import your clients, products and inventory with an Excel file, and Kapi warns you about repeated rows before saving. If you come from another software, export your data to Excel and load it the same way. If you need help, our team does it with you.

How much does Kapi charge for the online shop?

4% of each product sale paid online. It is charged automatically on each sale through Mercado Pago, which adds its own fee. If your client pays at the salon, there is no fee. That is much less than delivery apps charge.

Can I change plans or add professionals?

Yes, anytime. If you upgrade or add professionals or locations, the change applies right away and you pay the difference for the days left in the period. If you downgrade, the change applies from the next period.

What happens if I don’t pay when the trial ends?

Your salon becomes read-only for 5 days: you can see your schedule, your clients and their formulas, and export your data. If you pay, everything stays just as it was. If not, the salon is suspended and its data is deleted 60 days later.
